Whitman Team Rooms ❤️
Selfies with a Social Conscience

The places people go on a daily basis are almost obvious representations of their interests, lifestyle, and goals. You'd know someone passions from a building they're in, their favorite foods from a restaurant they are at, and the people that are meaningful to them based on the homes they are in. For me, I could be found at Whitman, Washington Arms, Delta Gamma, Salt City, or a Whitman team room. My majors, finance and accounting, are Whitman majors, and I spend the majority of everyday there, whether in class or studying in a team room. Washington Arms is my dorm, where I spend most time with my friends and time alone. Delta Gamma is my sorority house, where most of my favorite people are and where I spend any free time. Salt City is my favorite coffee shop, where I often buy a quick coffee or pastry between classes. All of these things describe meaningful things about me, and who I am. Finance and accounting, my interests and passions. Washington Arms and Delta Gamma, my friends, experiences, and favorite things. Salt City, my favorite drinks, food, and environment. Whitman team rooms, how I study, focus, and stay organized.

Whitman, where i spend all day

Day-in-the-life videos have covered social media for years now. Presently, they're most popular on TikTok, where creators are able to condense 24 hour days into 30 second to 1 minute clips. Through these videos, viewers are see the absolute bare minimum, service level idea of the creator's day and activities. They do not know what the person has experienced or have a deep understanding of who they are as a person, but they do know basics. Where they go with their friends, activities they like, food they like, music, etc. This offers the same ideas as places. These quick TikTok videos is how we know and understand the people that post them. Where you see people is how you know them, even if it's ever so brief.

  5. I really enjoyed this perspective and I think a person's favorite study spot, place to relax, etc., is always interesting and can reflect who they are.
